Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by DraftKings. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). The promotional offer is valid between 1/3/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 12/31/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Members must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age to participate in this Promotion.

Eligible Jurisdictions (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”):

-Daily Fantasy: Must be physically located in most US states, Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), MA, and VA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV, OR, or WA.

-Pick6: Must be physically located in AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, DE, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and select jurisdictions in Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ AL/NE, 21+ AZ/MA/VA).

-Sportsbook: Must be physically located in AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, VA, WY, or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ in DC/KY/NH/WY, 19+ in CA-ONT).

-Casino: Must be physically located in CT, MI, NJ, PA, or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older (19+ in CA-ONT).

-DK Horse: Must be a resident of AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, NH, NY, OR, OH, PA, VA, WA, WV, and WY. Must be 18+ years of age or older (21+ AZ/IA/WA).

-Golden Nugget Online Casino: Must be physically located in MI, NJ, PA or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older (19+ in CA-ONT).

-Jackpocket: Must be physically located in AZ, AR, CO, DC, ID, KS, ME, MA, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, or WV. Must be 18+ years of age or older. (19+ in NE, 21+ in AZ).

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be a registered DraftKings Dynasty Onyx customer with an active account; (2) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion; and (3) click the appropriate link/button within the Promotional Period.

Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive the opportunity to claim 4-9-day complimentary cruise fare for up to two (2) guests on Norwegian Cruise Line (the “Bonus Reward”). Customers who click the offer link will be redirected to a secure page where they will enter their name, address, email, and phone number. No payment is required. This information is transferred to Norwegian Cruise Line (“NCL”) to facilitate the customer’s reservation upon booking. Offer will take about 7 days to be available on their NCL account. Customers must call 1-877-PLAY-NCL within sixty (60) days of redeeming this offer to book their reservation.

The Bonus Reward includes:

Customers must redeem their Bonus Reward by December 31, 2026 and must sail within one year (365 days). Offer redemptions are final. All reservation details and accommodations are handled by Norwegian Cruise Line (“NCL”). Reservations must be made directly with NCL to be eligible. Reservation must be made in USD. NCL controls all details of your reservation and reservation must be redeemed and booked through NCL. Valid on select cruises only and excludes Pride of America. Valid only fare for two (2) guests only. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. This Promotion is offered in partnership with NCL. Reward redemption is final. Once a customer chooses to redeem their reward, the choice is final and no upgrades or changes are available. Reward is non-transferable, non-negotiable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or past purchases, must be redeemed by the expiration date set by NCL and may be subject to expiration in accordance with NCL’s terms. DraftKings is not responsible for any changes in cruise availability, cancellations, itinerary modifications, pricing, or failure by NCL to honor the Promotion. Customers are solely responsible for all travel requirements, including valid passports/visas, transportation to and from the port, gratuities, port fees, taxes, and any other travel costs. NCL is not under DraftKings’ control and DraftKings will not be responsible for the content, functionality, or terms of or any link contained on the NCL platforms. Each customer will be notified when they have received an award by (1) a bell notification (this is a notification that displays as a bell icon on the home page of the DraftKings app and website that can be clicked on to view short confirmation copy and terms) and/or (2) an automatically triggered email if the customer successfully entered the promotion and completed the promotion requirements. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with the New York State Gaming Commission.
